This document contains a reference to the various settings values stored or used
by the connectDaily plugin.

Settings are returned as an object via the getSettings() method.

<h2>Settings</h2>
<dl>
    <dt>converted</dt>
    <dd>deprecated. Used as a flag to indicate that the old-style settings have
    been converted.</dd>
    <dt>date_format<br>datetime_format<br>time_format</dt>
    <dd>PHP format strings for formatting dates and times.</dd>
    <dt>disable_timestamp</dt>
    <dd>Timestamp as seconds since epoch that caching is disabled until.</dd>
    <dt>keypair</dt>
    <dd>Public/Private KeyPair used for Single-Signon.</dd>
    <dt>language</dt>
    <dd>The language preference in language_COUNTRY (e.g. en_US) format.</dd>
    <dt>password</dt>
    <dd>The password for the connectDaily system.</dd>
    <dt>reachable</dt>
    <dd>Is this Site reachable from the connectDaily installation? This is used
    to determine if we can do single-signon. Tri-State:
    <ul>
    <li>null - reachability unknown</li>
    <li>true - site is reachable.</li>
    <li>false - site is unreachable.</li>
    </ul>
    </dd>
    <dt>resource_management</dt>
    <dd>true if resource management is an option in connectDaily and enabled.</dd>
    <dt>skip_resource_types</dt>
    <dd>comma-delimited list of resource type names to not display as part of
    event details. Specify * to disable resource display.</dd>
    <dt>start_of_week</dt>
    <dd>Starting Day of week. 0=Sunday, 1=Monday...</dd>
    <dt>timezone_string</dt>
    <dd>Timezone name e.g. America/New_York. If not specified, defaults to GMT.</dd>
    <dt>token</dt>
    <dd>The connectDaily security token used for requests.</dd>
    <dt>url</dt>
    <dd>The URL to the connectDaily Installation the plugin uses.</dd>
    <dt>used</dt>
    <dd>Indicates the plugin is used because a widget or shortcode is
    referenced.</dd>
    <dt>username</dt>
    <dd>The connectDaily User Name for the plugin.</dd>
    <dt>version</dt>
    <dd>The plugin version that last saved the settings.</dd>
